The original brick building was built in 1956 as Pennington Seed & Feed. Suites B, D & G  have multiple office spaces for lease. Each  suite has a half bath, HVAC and a separate eight foot commercial glass entrance. Each office includes 24 hour access and a mailbox.

There is ample parking located in the parking lot by Suites B & G,  on the side of the building by Suites A & F and on the street.

Our building is almost entirely solar powered.

The 165 Dekalb is located on the "Path" and a two block walk to the Avondale Marta Station.There are several good lunch restaurants within two to three blocks including The Dekalb Farmers Market, Dusty's Barbecue and Southern Sweets.
